Fall Membership Drive - join now!
The PTO's primary fundraiser is our fall Membership Drive. As a paid PTO member you will receive the Student Directory and will help contribute to student life. Memberships are $25 per family and include one directory; members can purchase additional directories for $5 each. You can sign up for membership and receive a copy of our Student Directory one of two ways:
- Online through Paypal: Paypal’s secure server accepts major credit cards and you don’t even need a Paypal account to join this way. Just select the number of directories you want from the list below.
- On paper: Print out our traditional Membership Form with $25 cash or check, payable to HVCHS PTO, via your student's backpack or mail (HVCHS PTO, 259 Pennington-Titusville Rd., Pennington, NJ 08534)
The PTO needs your help. Volunteer for our various committees and positions through our Member/Volunteer Form or you can email your areas of interest to pto.hvchs@gmail.com. There's something for everyone!
Among the variety of supports, activities and services to the CHS community provided by the HVCHS PTO are:
- the Student Directory
- the Dog Byte (a weekly email bulletin for parents)
- student scholarships
- assemblies and counseling programs
- the Post Prom Party for the Senior Class
- the Staff Appreciation Luncheon
- the Senior Breakfast
- refreshments for the Freshman BBQ, Parent/Teacher Conferences and Junior Prom
- funds for teacher grants and various beautification and enrichment projects
The Hopewell Valley Central High School (HVCHS) PTO is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that serves as a forum for parent concerns, questions and ideas; an advocacy channel for parents and students; and a two-way resource, providing support for both parents and the school. Our aim is to assist parents, students and staff in providing a successful place of learning for all students.
